Congregational United Church of Christ

​Rev. Rebecca Kemper Poos has been a pastor since 1992 and has served as a pastor in Buena Vista since 2009. She splits her time between ministering in the community and exploring the local outdoors.

Tom Abbott
First Presbyterian Church of Salida

Rev. Tom Abbott has been serving as co-pastor since June 2019. He is on the board of directors for Chaffee County Habitat for Humanity and for Chaffee County Hospitality, Inc, for which he is a founding member.

Mark McCurties
Church of Christ, Scientist

Mark McCurties has worked as a summer camp director, outdoor educator, athletics coach, and resident counselor. Since 2009, he has been serving a mission of healing through the full-time public practice of Christian Science.
